Privacy policy, in plain language.
Last updated: November 2026. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and ask — we'll answer in the same plain language.
The short version
This website does not run user accounts and does not collect personal information through forms. We don't sell data — we don't have any to sell. The only personal information we ever hold is what you send us yourself, like an email.
What this site collects
Nothing directly. There are no sign-up forms, comment systems, or accounts on this site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; like every web host, Cloudflare's systems process standard technical information (such as IP addresses and browser details) to deliver pages and keep the service secure. We use aggregate, privacy-respecting traffic statistics to understand which pages people read; we do not build profiles of individual visitors.
If you write to hello@, support@, or [email protected], we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use it only to reply and to handle what you wrote about — for example, sending the Starter Pack to people who requested it. We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses. If you ask us to delete your messages or remove you from any list, we will.
The newsletter (from launch)
When newsletter sign-ups open, subscribing will be opt-in only, addresses will be used solely to send the newsletter and related Quenavro updates, and every email will include a one-click unsubscribe. Subscribing to the newsletter never enrolls you in anything else.
Cookies and third-party links
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Some outbound links — including future affiliate links and links to platforms like Instagram and YouTube — lead to third-party sites with their own cookies and privacy policies. Those are governed by the destination site, not by us. Our disclosures page explains how affiliate links work.
Purchases (from launch)
When products go on sale, checkout will be handled by our storefront provider. Payment details are processed by that provider under its own privacy policy; we never see or store full payment card numbers.
Changes to this policy
If we add features that change how data is handled — a sign-up form, an analytics tool, a store — we'll update this page first and note what changed and when.
